Order Fulfillment & Processing

It may take up to two weeks from the time you place your order before it is shipped. Due to the size of our operation, we are unable to store large amounts of backstock and will dye most orders as they come in. Shipping Subscriptions 

Subscriptions will be shipped regularly unless there is an additional open order, in which case, we will combine all orders into one package. These orders will ship when all orders are available to package.

Shipping

All US orders $75 and higher ship for free using USPS ground. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they leave our facility. If you experience shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect OrdersIf your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at (Hello@hellagoodyarn.com) within 3 days with photos, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
